Every tool, one page

Thirteen Excel tools. One is free, five are $5+.

Working workbooks, not document templates. Every one computes, arrives filled in with the same fictional plant, and carries the method its author runs a machining and welding shop with. Yellow cells are yours; white cells calculate. Excel 2016 or later, or Google Sheets. Thirty-day refund on anything paid.

For the 2026 transition

The four that go first.

The edition changed on September 16, 2026. These four carry the transition: the scored kit, the audit checklist and the review agenda written to the new edition, and the free change log.

The free ISO 9001:2026 Change Log in Excel: clause, type of change, what changed in plain words, where in the standard, and which documents it affects
The free change log, as it opens: clause, change type, what changed in plain words, and which of your documents it touches. Download it on Gumroad.

Entry worksheets · six tools

One worksheet, one job.

Each is a tab or two lifted straight from its full pack, so the formulas, color flags and worked example are the same. The calculator is free; the five worksheets are $5 minimum, pay what you want. Download on Gumroad.

Full packs · $35 each

The full workbooks, with the field guide.

Each pack is a complete workbook with a register, a dashboard that reads the numbers back to you in plain language, and a short field guide, one chapter per tab.

ISO 9001:2026 · $57

The transition kit.

For the 2026 revision: every sub-clause with the change filled in, the change log, the gap map, ranked actions and the transition plan dated from your own certificate. Start with the free readout if you have not.

Bundle · $99

All five packs, for the price of three.

One plant runs through every workbook and the packs feed each other: audit findings become corrective actions, corrective actions become management review data, the supplier scorecard reads the SCAR register.

Questions

Before you download.

Which Excel version do I need?

Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac, or Google Sheets. Every formula is standard: no macros, no add-ins, no external links.

What is the difference between an entry worksheet and a pack?

A worksheet is two or three tabs lifted from its pack, and it is $5 or more, your choice (the calculator is free). The pack is the full workbook with the register, the dashboard and the field guide PDF that explains the method, for $35.

Can I use them across a team or a company?

One purchase covers one plant or site, any number of users at that site. Consultants using the tools with clients, and groups with several sites, should email ryan@qualityfieldguides.com for a license.

What if it does not do what the page says?

Thirty days, no questions. Reply to the receipt email, or write to ryan@qualityfieldguides.com, and it is refunded.
