Supplier Quality Pack
Supplier control from first evaluation to exit. The evaluation has a quality override so a cheap supplier cannot score its way past a failed audit, the approved list flags expiring certificates, and the scorecard escalates on a rule.
Fall sale: 20% off at checkout through November 1, 2026. $35 becomes $28.

The method
Supplier control that runs on data instead of the last bad experience.
Supplier evaluation with a quality override: a supplier cannot score its way past a quality failure on price and delivery. The approved supplier list carries expiry flags, so re-evaluation happens on a date and not after a problem.
The performance log feeds a 60/40 scorecard, with on-time delivery measured against the original promised date rather than the last revised one. Issue types are logged beside rejects, so a pattern shows before the reject count does.
The SCAR register escalates on its own: ESCALATE appears when a poor rating meets an open corrective action request. The re-evaluation tab closes the loop, and the 2026 edition's new question under 8.4.3, how the provider treats your customers, has a place in the evaluation.
What it computes for you
Evaluation with a quality override, a scorecard that measures on-time against the original commitment date, and escalation that doesn't depend on who is annoyed.
- Weighted six-criteria evaluation with a BLOCKED override
- Certificate-expiry and re-evaluation-overdue flags
- Reject rate and on-time delivery banded into a 60/40 rating
- ESCALATE whenever a poor rating meets an open SCAR
- Cost impact by issue type, charted

Yellow cells are yours; white cells calculate. It arrives filled in with the series’ fictional plant so every flag and chart has something to show; clear the yellow cells and start.
Questions
Before you buy.
Which Excel version do I need?
Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac, or Google Sheets. Every formula is standard: no macros, no add-ins, no external links. In Google Sheets use File → Import → Replace spreadsheet.
Why does the workbook arrive filled in?
Every workbook ships pre-filled with the same fictional plant so each dashboard, flag and trend has something to show. Read it that way first, then clear the yellow input cells; the white computed cells empty themselves.
What is the difference between an entry worksheet and a pack?
An entry worksheet is two or three tabs lifted from its pack, and it is $5 or more, your choice. The pack is the full workbook with the register, the dashboard and the field guide PDF that explains the method, for $35. Start with the worksheet; the formulas and the worked example are the same.
What if it does not do what the page says?
